The new library is located at the Roosevelt Community Center at 464 S. Old Middletown Road. This is right across the street from the Wayside Market and behind the Middletown Fire Company. As you can see, it's less than 10 minutes from the Pennell Road location.

Are you 16 or older and looking to get involved with the library? We could use some helping hands to pack up the items on our shelves and get them on the shelves at our new library!

We have hired professional library movers, Overton & Associates, to organize and oversee the move. If you are able to do physical work and can commit to a 4 hours shift for 5-7 days then you are just the the person we need! The tentative dates are July 22nd-30th (weekdays only). 

You'll have the opportunity to be one of the first to see the inside of the new library!

We can't wait for you to see all the exciting things we have in store at the new library. One of the most fun parts of the process was working with our designer, Lynn Godshall of GCI Design, Inc., to select furniture for the new space. Here's a sneak peak of some of the pieces that will be in the library when we weclome you to the new Middletown Free Library at the Roosevelt Community Center!
