ROOM RESERVATIONS
The Library has spaces available for use by individuals and groups to use for social, quiet and educational purposes. Any individual, age 13 and up may reserve space to use in the library. Currently the Study Room and Small Conference Room are available to reserve for anyone. Teens Only (ages 12-19) may reserve the Teen Collaboration Space.
The Middletown Free Library is happy to provide these spaces to the public and all are welcome to use them during library hours. Rooms are not available for use outside of library hours and all rooms will close 15 minutes prior to the library closing.
To use a room, you may make a reservation up to 30 days in advance. You may hold up to 5 active reservations at any one time. If you would like to make multiple reservations or have the ability to cancel and edit any reservations you have, please create an account with our room reservation system, LocalHop.
To search for open rooms, select the date you would like to reserve the space and then change the hours to either the time you wish to start your reservation or, to see what's available for a whole day, set the start time to the hour the library opens. The default Start Time is 8 AM so you must change this in order to make a reservation and see availability.
