With Governor Wolf's announcement of a Stay at Home Order for Delaware County, we have updated our anticipated date to open the library to the public. The library will remain closed through April 6th.
During this closure, staff are not reporting to work at the library but phones will be open for calls between 10am & 5pm Monday through Friday. The library's 24/7 Digital Library is available from the comfort and safety of your home. Many services can be accessed using your smartphone, laptop, tablet or streaming device. Delaware County Libraries offer additional digital resources to help keep you connected and learning during this period.
In an abundance of caution and following the current CDC guidelines regarding public gatherings, we have also made the decision to cancel all in-person and outreach programming through May 10th. Library staff have been working hard to provide a variety of programs for all ages that you can acces virtually through Facebook, conferencing software and other means that can be accessed from home. We will continue to offer these services until we are given further guidance on the safety of in-person programming.
Thank you so much for all your understanding and support as we navigate these unusual times.
